As a Hygienist in our office, here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

As a Hygienist in our office, here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:
- Greeting and seating patients in a friendly manner
- Recording medical and dental history into the electronic record
- Entering treatment plans into the electronic record
- Communicating with receptionist about treatment plan
- Taking photographs, impressions, and intra-oral scans of patients
- Taking X-rays
- Performing Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Plaining, and Perio Maintenance
- Sterilizing dental instruments by following a strict protocol
- Helping to keep office clean
